After a two album affair with The Raconterus, Jack White continued to use his time away from The White Stripes productively with the formation of another supergroup - The Dead Weather - with of Alison Mosshart (of The Kills), Dean Fertita (of Queens of the Stone Age) and Jack Lawrence (of The Raconteurs and The Greenhornes). The band got together in early 2009 and a debut album Horehound - with a lead video directed by Johnathan Glazer no less - swiftly following in July.
