Much-maligned, and yes for many a good reason, yet Hard Fi's suburban soundtracking debut Stars Of CCTV deservedly conquered the UK album charts by the end of 2005 and was a just as fair runner-up to Antony & The Johnson 's I Am A Bird Now in that year's Mercury Prize. The band regrettably bought into the wholesale success second time out with Once Upon A Time In The West but a minority of us are willing to give them another chance...
