The Last Shadow Puppets
Arctic Monkey Alex Turner's idea of a a break, The Last Shadow Puppets began life in late 2007 as Turner's side-project with friend Miles Kane, frontman of The Rascals. The pair recorded their char-topping, owed-to-Scott-Walker debut The Age Of The Understatement with James Ford and it was released on Domino in April 2008. Both have since returned to their day jobs.
