I Like The Way You Move: Tonight's Big Boi Show In Manchester Downgraded
Was it something we said?!? When Ragged Words spoke to Big Boi just a few days ago, the Outkast man was thoroughly looking forward to his three-date UK tour this week. He might not be best pleased, then, when he arrives up North this evening and finds that he's been demoted from Manchester's 1,300-capacity Ritz nightclub to the city's Moho Live venue, which holds just over half that number, and tomorrow night plays host to Kings ov Leon. Oh, and that's not a typo: they're a tribute act.
There are no reasons given by either venue for the downgrade, but suffice to say Moho's website states that tickets will still be available on the door tonight.
Big Boi concludes his brief UK visit at Glasgow's Academy 2 tomorrow night.
