SertOne remixes Owensie/ free remix album
Liverpool-based, Portadown-born producer SertOne turned heads this year with his impressive The View From Above EP. He's also a dab hand when it comes to remixes. His latest is a re-working of Dublin singer-songwriter Owensie's 'Lonely Wood' (from his acclaimed album Aliens). It's pretty unrecognisable from the original, replacing plaintive acoustic picking with smooth, rolling Brainfeeder-esque beats.
There's also a free collection of SertOne remixes, Versions, available from his Bandcamp, including re-works of Crystal Castles, Koreless and more. Highly recommended.
