Win Tickets to This Weekend's @ The Park Shows: Joanna Newsom (with Guests) & Villagers (with Beach House + Guests)

This weekend sees the start of a unique series of concerts taking place under canvas in Dublin's Marlay Park. Seven intimate shows spread across three weeks in the foothills of the Wicklow mountains - and you don't even have to worry about the weather staying dry.

The season throws up some interesting lineups (we're totally bringing the oul' lad along to Roger Daltrey next week) but without doubt the two picks of the bunch are happening this first weekend. On Saturday (July 23), Villagers are set to headline a seriously impressive bill that also includes Beach House (no, that's not a typo!), Stornoway and Lisa O'Neill. The following night will see Joanna Newsom returning to the capital, following her Grand Canal Theatre performance last year. Support comes from folk legend Bert Jansch, as well as local lad James Vincent McMorrow and Scottish songwriter Alasdair Roberts.
